IP Encoders

iStreams provides IP Encoders for Digital TV channel distribution, allowing the Hospitality market, Exhibition Centres, Corporate and Education sectors to distribute Live TV as well as Internal TV Channels over an Ethernet IP network.

Thanks to iStreams Encoders, you can now set up IP networks to receive up to 2,000 Live TV channels simultaneously on PCs, STBs or Smart TVs, preserving the original Live TV quality without any decoding or re-encoding process that could degrade the original TV signal.

H264 – H265 – HD Encoders

iStreams single AVC/H.264 HD Encoder is the new broadcast audio and video encoding device. It adopts the most advanced AVC/H.264 audio encoding algorithm combined with advanced audio and video pre-processing technology.

This device can encode and transmit high-quality audio & video at low bit rates. It also has several analog and digital video input interfaces (CVBS, YPbPr, SDI and HDMI) and audio input interfaces (RCA, XLR, HDMI, AES and EBU). Its highly integrated and cost-effective design gives users an excellent digital video encoding solution, making it widely applicable in digital TV CATV headend solutions, image monitoring and more.

H264 – 4-8-12 in 1 – HD Encoders

The iStreams 4, 8 or 12-input HDMI/SDI encoder is a professional HD audio & video encoding and multiplexing device with powerful functionality. It has 4 to 8-channel HDMI input interfaces supporting the MPEG4 AVC/H.264 High Profile coding format. This device can simultaneously encode 4 channels of HD programs; it also has an ASI input and can multiplex the input TS with the 4 to 8 encoded SPTS streams to generate an MPTS output. PSI/SI information can also be inserted into the MPTS output.
Its highly integrated and cost-effective design makes the device widely applicable in digital distribution systems such as CATV digital headends, satellite and terrestrial digital TV, etc.

MPEG2 Encoder

The iStreams MPEG-2 Encoder (with SDI) is a professional audio & video encoding device with powerful functionality.
This device supports a variety of analog and digital audio and video input interfaces: video input interfaces include CVBS, S-Video and SDI, while audio input interfaces include balanced and unbalanced analog inputs (XLR) and digital audio inputs (AES/EBU). This encoder can encode SD audio & video in MPEG-2 format.
Its high compatibility and excellent encoding quality make this device widely applicable in a variety of digital broadcasting systems.

The iStreams 4-in-1 MPEG-2 Encoder (with IP output) is a professional SD audio & video encoding and multiplexing device with powerful functionality. It has 4-channel CVBS video input interfaces, 4 pairs of unbalanced audio input interfaces and one ASI input interface, supporting the MPEG-2 encoding format.

This device can simultaneously encode 4 channels of SD audio & video; it can also multiplex the input TS with the 4 encoded SPTS streams to generate an MPTS output. PSI/SI information can also be inserted into the MPTS output.
